Below, we outline the most common challenges with cTrader and how to quickly fix them.
1. Incorrect Username or Password
Username: Please ensure that you are logging in with the exact same email address tied to your Top One Trader account.
Password: Upon purchasing a cTrader account with Top One Trader, you will receive an email directly from cTrader to create your password. (Top One Trader does not have access to your password.)
If you did not receive this email, have forgotten your password, or if your password is not working, go to www.ctrader.com, select "Log in", then select "Forgot password?"
Once you reset your password, you should be able to login and access all cTrader accounts tied to your email address with Top One Trader.
Please pay attention to case sensitivity and make sure your CAPS LOCK is off.
2. Platform/App is Not Working
If your phone or desktop application is not working, you may need to uninstall and reinstall the correct version. Be sure you are using the correct version of cTrader by downloading the correct version here:

If you are trying to access the web trader, be sure you are using the following url:

3. Trouble Finding Multiple Accounts
Each cTrader account purchased through Top One Trader will be available by accessing the drop-down menu at the top right of the platform when you are logged in.
