Troubleshooting Login Issues with Match Trader

Below, we outline the most common challenges with Match Trader and how to quickly fix them.

Please Note:
Match Trader is a web based trading platform. While there is no app, the platform is fully mobile optimized. You can create a shortcut on your phone to take you directly to the platform.

IMPORTANT:

The Match Trader Platform is a separate login from your Top One Trader Dashboard with a different password.

To access Match Trader, make sure you are using the following URL:
https://platform.toponetrader.com

1. Incorrect Username or Password

Username: Please ensure that you are logging in with the exact same email address tied to your Top One Trader account.

Password: The password to your Match Trader account should have been emailed to you upon purchase of your challenge. (Be sure to check your junk/spam folder)

You can also find your Match Trader password in your Top One Trader dashboard.

- Login to your Top One Trader Dashboard: https://app.toponetrader.com

- Click on the Key icon for your trading account.


-From there you will find your Match Trader password.

2. Trouble Finding Multiple Accounts

Each Match Trader account, purchased through Top One Trader from your email, will be available by accessing the drop-down menu at the top left of the platform when you are logged in.
