Please Note:
Match Trader is a web based trading platform. While there is no app, the platform is fully mobile optimized. You can create a shortcut on your phone to take you directly to the platform.
To access Match Trader, make sure you are using the following URL:
https://trade.toponetrader.com/login
IMPORTANT:
The Match Trader Platform is a separate login from your Top One Trader Dashboard with a different password.
1. Incorrect Username or Password
Login: This is your profile email address, not an account number.
Password: The trading password sent to you upon account creation.
To find your login credentials:
Go to your Top One Trader Dashboard: https://app.toponetrader.com
Click the 🔑 or Details
You will see: Login (Email) and Password
⚠️ If you enter the wrong password, login will fail.
2. Trouble Finding Multiple Accounts
Each Match Trader account, purchased through Top One Trader from your email, will be available by accessing the drop-down menu at the top left of the platform when you are logged in.
