Below, we outline the most common challenges with logging into MetaTrader 5 and how to quickly fix them.

MetaTrader 5 is available as a Desktop Application and Mobile Application (iOS &amp; Android). Make sure you’re using the correct version that suits your device.

Your MetaTrader 5 login details are different from your Top One Trader dashboard login. You must use the credentials sent to you when you purchased your challenge.

Login: This is your account number, not your email address. ​Password: The trading password sent to you upon account creation. ​Server: You must select the correct server name provided in your email or dashboard.

- Go to your Top One Trader Dashboard: <a href="https://app.toponetrader.com" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">https://app.toponetrader.com</a>
- From your account list, click the account you want to access.
- Click the Credentials button at the top of the page, next to Initial Balance.
- In the Account Credentials window, click the Copy icon next to each field to copy your:
 - Login ID
 - Password
 - Server

You can then paste these credentials directly into your trading platform when logging in.

Login (Account number), Password, Server 

1. Open the MetaTrader 5 platform
2. Click File &gt; Open an Account
3. Search for the Broker &gt; Top One Trader Ltd then Next
4. Click the "Connect with an Existing trade account" then Enter your credentials:
 1. Login: (Your account number)
 2. Password: (Trading password from your dashboard, Not Investor Password)
 3. Server: TopOneTrader-MT5 or TopOneTrader-Trade
5. Click Finish to log in

1. Open the MetaTrader 5 application
2. Click the ➕ on the upper right corner or Click the Add trading account on your screen
3. Search for your Broker/Server name exactly as shown in your dashboard &gt; Top One Trader Ltd
4. Login to an Existing Account then Enter:
 - Login: Your account number
 - Password: (Trading password from your dashboard, Not Investor Password)
 - Server: TopOneTrader-MT5 or TopOneTrader-Trade
5. Tap Login
