1 Step Flash Resets, How They Work
The 1 Step Flash reset feature allows traders to restart their account after it becomes breached. This provides traders with a flexible way to continue trading without needing to purchase a completely new account.
Resets are available for both Phase 1 (challenge accounts) and funded accounts, with different pricing depending on the stage of the account.
Challenge resets are offered at a discount compared to purchasing a new account, while funded resets are priced higher because the trader does not need to complete the challenge again.

A reset can only be requested after an account has been breached and must be completed within 14 days of the breach.
Funded Accounts that have received an approved payout are not eligible for a reset.
Once breached, the account becomes inactive and trading is no longer possible until the reset is completed.

When a Reset Can Be Used
A reset may be used when an account becomes breached, for example due to:
• Maximum drawdown breach
• Daily loss limit breach
Once breached, trading is disabled on the account until it is reset.
What Happens During a Reset
When a reset is applied:
• A new fresh Flash account is created
• The starting balance resets to the original amount
• Equity and drawdown levels reset
• Profit progress resets to zero
• All rules and parameters return to default
For funded resets, traders will receive a new funded account without needing to pass the challenge phase again.
Important Notes
• Resets do not act as refunds
• Resetting an account does not modify or remove trading rules
• Challenge resets are discounted compared to purchasing a new account
• Funded resets are priced higher because the challenge phase is skipped
• Reset availability does not guarantee successful completion of the program
• Resets can be done within 14 days of breaching the account
• Funded Accounts with an approved payout are not eligible for a reset.
• Any purchased add-ons will not carry over to the reset account
How to Reset Your Account
Step 1: Go to Your Dashboard
Log in to your dashboard and click on the failed account you want to reset.
Step 2: Select “Reset Account”
In the account metrics, you will see the “Reset Account” button.
Click on it to proceed.
Step 3: Confirm the Reset
After clicking the reset button, a pop-up message will appear.
Click “Reset Account Now” to confirm.
Step 4: Complete the Checkout
Once confirmed, you'll be redirected to the checkout page to complete the payment process.
