The Maximum Daily Profit Rule applies only to funded 1-Step FLASH accounts. This rule is designed as a risk management measure to promote consistent trading and prevent excessive gains from occurring within a single trading day.
Not a breach: Unlike some other rules, this does not cause a breach. Once the daily profit threshold is reached, the account is paused for the remainder of the trading day and resumes at the next reset (5:00 PM EST).

The 3% daily profit cap is calculated based on the starting balance of the funded account.
How the daily profit limit works
The maximum daily profit is 3% of the funded starting balance.
Profit is measured per trading day.
The trading day resets at 5:00 PM EST.
Closed profits are used to calculate daily profit.
Once the 3% threshold is reached, the account will automatically stop trading for the remainder of the trading day.
What happens when the limit is reached
When a funded 1-Step FLASH account reaches the daily profit limit:
All open trades will automatically be closed.
The account will be temporarily paused for the remainder of the trading day.
Any profit above the 3% daily limit is considered invalid and will be voided.
The account will automatically resume trading at the start of the next trading day.
This rule does not count as a soft breach or hard breach.
Example
A trader has a $50,000 funded 1-Step FLASH account, so the 3% daily profit limit is $1,500. If the trader closes profits totaling $1,750 in one trading day:
