2 Step Plus Resets, How They Work

The 2 Step Plus reset feature allows traders to restart their account after it becomes breached. This provides flexibility and allows traders to continue from the stage they previously reached instead of always starting from the beginning.

Resets are available for Phase 1, Phase 2, and Funded accounts, with pricing depending on the stage of the account.

The further the account has progressed, the higher the reset price, because the trader is able to bypass earlier phases of the evaluation.

A reset can only be requested after an account has been breached.

Once breached, the account becomes inactive and trading is no longer possible until the reset is completed.

How Resets Work by Phase

Phase 1 Reset

If a trader breaches their Phase 1 account and chooses to reset it:

• The trader will receive a new Phase 1 account
• The account will restart from the beginning of Phase 1
• This reset is the lowest priced reset option

Phase 2 Reset

If a trader breaches their Phase 2 account and resets it:

• The trader will receive a new Phase 2 account
Phase 1 does not need to be completed again
• The trader continues directly from Phase 2

Because this reset skips Phase 1, it is priced slightly higher than a Phase 1 reset.

Funded Reset

If a trader breaches their funded account and chooses to reset it:

• The trader will receive a new funded account
Both Phase 1 and Phase 2 are skipped
• Trading can resume immediately on the funded stage

Because the trader bypasses both evaluation phases, funded resets are priced higher than challenge resets.

When a Reset Can Be Used

A reset may be used when an account becomes breached, for example due to:

• Maximum drawdown breach
• Daily loss limit breach
• Max soft breach limit

Once breached, trading is disabled on the account until it is reset.

What Happens During a Reset

When a reset is applied:

• A new fresh account is created
• The starting balance resets to the original amount
Equity and drawdown levels reset
Profit progress resets to zero
• All rules and parameters return to default

The new account will start at the same stage that was reset.

Important Notes

• Resets do not act as refunds
• Resetting an account does not change trading rules
• Phase resets allow traders to restart from the same stage they breached
• Funded resets allow traders to skip both evaluation phases
• Reset availability does not guarantee successful completion of the program
