Below, we outline the most common challenges with logging into Platform 5 and how to quickly fix them.
Please Note:
Platform 5 is available as a desktop app, mobile app (iOS & Android), and web platform. Make sure you’re using the correct version that suits your device.

IMPORTANT:
Your Platform 5 login details are different from your Top One Trader dashboard login. You must use the credentials sent to you when you purchased your challenge.
1. Incorrect Login Credentials
Login: This is usually your account number, not your email address.
Password: The trading password sent to you upon account creation.
Server: You must select the correct server name provided in your email or dashboard.
🔐 To find your login credentials:
Go to your Top One Trader Dashboard: https://app.toponetrader.com
Click the 🔑 or Details
You will see:
Login (Account number), Password, Server
⚠️ If you enter the wrong server, login will fail even if your password is correct.
2. How to Log In to the Platform 5
Desktop App:
Open the Platform 5 platform
Click File > Open an Account
Search for the Broker > Preferred Capital Limited then Next
Click the "Connect with an Existing trade account" then Enter your credentials:
Login: (Your account number)
Password: (Trading password from your dashboard)
Server: (Server name exactly as shown in your Top One Trader dashboard) > PreferredCapital-Server
Click Finish to log in
Mobile App:
Open the Platform 5 app
Click the ➕ on the upper right corner or Click the Add trading account on your screen
Search for your broker/server name exactly as shown in your dashboard > Preferred Capital Limited
Login to an Existing Account then Enter:
Login: Your account number
Password: Trading password
Server : PreferredCapital-Server (Server name exactly as shown in your Top One Trader dashboard)
