Troubleshooting Issues with Copiers, Expert Advisors (EAs), and Stop-Loss Placement

Copiers and EAs:

If you are using a trade copier or EA to manage your trades, there may be instances where trades are not copied instantaneously. This delay can trigger our No Stop-Loss (SL) rule, which may prevent trades from being placed properly.

Steps to Troubleshoot:

  1. Check Copier Performance:

    • Log in to the backend of your copier to ensure trades are being copied in real-time. If you notice delays, there are steps you can take to improve the process.

  2. Ensure Immediate Execution:

    • Make sure that the copier is copying Stop-Loss (SL) and Take-Profit (TP) orders instantly to avoid triggering rule violations.

  3. Set Your TOT Account as the Master Account:

    • Ensure the EA you’re using is executing the Stop-Loss when the trade is placed on your Top One Trader (TOT) account, making it your master account for more precise execution.

  4. Consider Upgrading to the "No Stop-Loss" Option:

    • If you experience delays in copying trades from other accounts, consider upgrading to the No Stop-Loss add-on, especially if you're working with different brokers where trade feed delays may occur.

Recommendation:

If you plan to use a trade copier, we highly recommend adding the "No Stop-Loss" add-on to your account when making your purchase to avoid issues caused by trade execution delays.
