How the Payout Process Works
When you're eligible for a withdrawal, a Payout Request button will appear in your account dashboard.
Once you submit the request, our accounts team will be notified, and you will receive a special email invitation from Rise Works.
Please note: This is not an automated email. It is sent manually by our accounts team, so please allow up to 24 hours for your Rise Works invite to arrive in your registered email.

Steps to Onboard with Rise Works:
Click the Accept Invite button in the email.
Enter your personal details.
Complete the KYC (Know Your Customer) process.
Create your Rise ID and set a Signing Key.
Address all action items in the Rise Works dashboard.
Once your Rise Works account is verified, our accounts team will be notified, and the payout process will begin.
Processing Time: Please note that all accounts undergo a detailed risk review, and the payout process may take 12-72 hours to complete.
Once the payout is initiated, the funds will be available in your Rise Works account
Your withdrawal certificate will be accessible in the Certificates section of your dashboard.
