Once you reach a new Level, several rewards apply automatically, and others need to be claimed. This article walks through each type.
Rewards that apply automatically
These are added to your account the moment you reach the Level, no action needed:

Store Voucher
Every Level includes a store voucher. To use it:
Check your email for the discount code
Go to the Store.
At checkout, apply your voucher code.
Your discount is applied automatically.
Free Account
Each Level includes an instantly funded free account. To claim yours:
Level up
Get your account instantly and find your details in your inbox!
Giveaway Entries
Your giveaway entries are added automatically each month based on your current Level. No claiming needed, just make sure you're opted into the monthly giveaway.
Rewards you need to claim:
Lifetime Discount (Level 5 only)
Once you reach Level 5 (Master), your 5% lifetime discount is applied automatically to all future purchases and can be combined with other discounts.
