The Top One Loyalty Program is our way of saying thank you to loyal traders. As you trade, take on challenges, and reach milestones with us, you earn XP (short for "Experience Points"). The more XP you collect, the higher your Level. Each new Level unlocks better rewards, such as bigger profit shares, bigger drawdown levels, store vouchers, free accounts, and more.
Think of it like a loyalty card, but instead of stamps, you collect XP.
Automatic enrollment: all clients are enrolled in the Loyalty Program. XP is added automatically and your Level and XP never expire or reset.
How Do I Earn XP?
You earn XP automatically by doing things you are probably already doing: buying accounts, trading, passing challenges, getting payouts, and joining competitions.
Purchases (NOVA challenges are excluded):

For the full, up-to-date list of every way to earn XP, check the "Rewards" tab on your trader dashboard. We regularly add, remove, and rotate challenges, so the Rewards tab will always show you exactly what is currently active.
You do not need to sign up for XP or track it yourself. It is added to your account automatically once you complete an action. A few actions (like completing KYC verification, or the profitable trading days challenge) require you to reach out to our Support Team to confirm, so we can add your XP after we verify it.
How Many Levels Are There, and How Much XP Do I Need?
There are 5 Levels. As your XP grows, you move up automatically. No need to apply or ask.

What Do These Benefits Actually Mean?
We know some of these terms can sound technical, so here is a simple explanation of each one:

Profit Share Boost | An extra percentage added on top of your normal profit share, so you keep more of what you earn. |
Profit Target Reduction | Lowers the profit percentage you need to hit to pass a challenge, making it a little easier to pass. |
Scaling Boost | Increases how much your account size can grow when you qualify for scaling. |
Stop-Loss (SL) Add-on Included | The Stop-Loss add-on is included on all your future accounts at no extra cost! |
Daily Loss Buffer | Extra breathing room added to your daily loss limit, so small dips are less likely to breach your account. |
Max Loss Buffer | Extra breathing room added to your overall maximum loss limit. |
Monthly Payout Cap | The most money you are able to withdraw in a single month. The base payout cap is $25,000 per month, and it increases as you climb the Loyalty Levels! |

Do I need to do anything to claim my rewards? | Most rewards are added automatically. For a couple of actions, like completing KYC verification and completing profitable trading days, you need to message our Support Team so we can verify your achievement and add your XP. (If this is the case, it will be clearly stated in the challenge description.) Do my Level and XP ever expire or reset? | No. Once you earn XP and reach a Level, it is yours to keep. Your XP and Level do not expire or reset. Even if you come back after a break, you are ready to get back at it! |
Who can join the Loyalty Program? | All of our clients are automatically enrolled in the Loyalty Program. There is nothing extra you need to sign up for. |
