Step 1: Go to Your Dashboard
Log in to your account and navigate to your Dashboard then Click on “Metrics”
Note : You'll see the status of your account as "Pending Activation"
Step 2: Select “Complete Activation Payment” button
In the account metrics, you will see the “Complete Activation Payment” button.
Click on it to proceed.
Step 3: Confirm the Activation Payment
After clicking the Complete Activation Payment button, a pop-up message will appear.
Click “Complete Activation Payment” button to confirm.
Step 4: Complete the Checkout
Once confirmed, you will be redirected to the checkout page.
Simply place the order following the same process as when you originally purchased the account.
The activation fee is based on your selected account size. During checkout, you may choose to purchase any available add-ons. Add-ons are optional and will adjust the total amount accordingly.
