At Top One Trader, we try to do whatever we can to keep our customers safe and secure. That is why we have put certain restrictions and limitations in place on doing business and providing services to certain countries. In particular, we mainly put restrictions and limitations on countries listed by the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC). 

The countries currently listed by the OFAC or the countries which we don't provide services to are as follows:

Afghanistan Albania Algeria Armenia Azerbaijan Kuwait Kazakhstan Macedonia Turkey Ukraine Pakistan Russian Federation Cuba Sudan Somalia Iran

Iraq Lebanon Syria Libya Vietnam

What this means in practice is that we are unable to provide our services to people based in these countries, so any orders or requests coming from people in these countries will be declined. 

If you are based in one of the countries listed by OFAC then we regret that we are unable to provide any assistance or services to you. We thank you for understanding our position.
